Cade at the Park

We went to the park today to enjoy the sunshine and all of a sudden I noticed Cade running around the playground laughing. I looked and this cute little girl who Cade had been talking to earlier in the sand area was chasing him. They continued their little game of chase for a few minutes and then they climbed up on this little base together to talk. Cade asked her if she wanted to be his friend and she said sure. I thought the little interaction was so cute that I had to take a picture and share it. I of course tried not to make a big deal when I took the picture. They played for a few more minutes and then she had to go. Cade raced up to the grass hill and picked her a little daisy and gave it to her as she left. It’s funny to see his first interactions with little girls and also to see that he is pretty smooth with the ladies. Hope you were able to enjoy the son while it was out.

Over 2800 photos, taken every 4 seconds over a span of about 3 hours.

The “flickering” was a mistake by me – not having it on manual, so it was adjusting to light settings for each frame.

You’ll notice I spend quite a bit of time behind the TV and on the phone – that’s me trying to get our TV to actually play sound.
It’s not my idea of a fun Sunday, spending a chunk of it on the phone & computer with Panasonic tech support, but when your wife has friends coming over to watch “The Bachelor” the following night…the sound “better be working.”

Cade’s First Day of Soccer

Cade had his first soccer “practice” tonight. He loved it, though had a little bit of an issue with not using his hands. At one point, the instructor said “Okay, dribble the ball over here.” Cade immediately picked up the ball and started dribbling towards her like it was a basketball.
